Do you accept credit cards?

Yes! Both our self-serve and touchless automatic washes accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.
Can I do less than four minutes in a self-serve bay?

No, $2.50 must be paid in order to start the system so you minimum time is four minutes.
Why do I see a $10 pending charge after using my credit card in the self-serve wash?

Our credit card system will sometimes confirm funds by running a pending $10 charge on your credit card. Please allow 48-hours and the charge to clear. Once the charge has cleared and it still does not reflect what you spent, please reach out to us via our contact page. Additionally, when you’re done with your wash, be sure to hit the ‘Stop’ button on the meter box in order to stop the system from running.
Do you host car wash fundrasiers?

Yes! We love to support our community and donate our facility to local organization. Please visit our community page for more information.
I experienced an issue when using your facility and was unable to complete my car wash. What do I do?
